The downside of a GPS

You find out that you’ve been kidding yourself all along, and the route to work is only 1.1 miles not 1.5.

    that’s .8 less a day… 4 miles less a week (or something)..
    oh dear rich, you will have to adjust your training programme to compensate for this loss.

    I’m trying to come to terms with it now. It’s thrown my training programme into complete disarray. I’ll never attain peak fitness now.

    Maybe I could take a different route to work?

    that would be a good idea.. or you could circle the nurses accomodation a few times, SORRY a few MORE times :-)
