Roof replacement – Day 2

Well the roof is complete now, all that remains is to replace the plastic cladding on one wall with some aesthetically pleasing plaster board, which should hopefully be done Saturday morning.

Job’s a good ‘un, as they say.

    For Matt’s benefit, the ladder, stone paint, floor paint and brushes are being delivered by Pete the Builder and his old faithful retainer (!) tomorrow. Mother will then pay a state visit of inspection towards the end of next week.
    Any one want a slightly used second-hand roof?

    i need to order a few tonnes of sand and stones for my garden, but I seem to be far too lazy!

    Didn’t want one when we moved. Now kids necessitate one.
