A very close fought game, possibly the closest of the season so far. We traded legs until is got to 4-4, with RUH Porters 1 pin ahead. We showed a fairly poor 42 in the final leg only to see Porters lose on a tie but win the pins by 1.
Housing took 7 points, Porters took 5.
Somehow I managed to tie for top score tonight with Gray Reeves, not quite sure how I managed that.
In other news, my office move finally finished today, and my new camera lens is still on it’s tour of the country and should be with me tomorrow. It’s come from Coventry via Coleford and somewhere up near Leeds.

I have, it’s very nice despite a scratch at the edge of the lens. Luckily it’s outside the visible part when it’s stuck on the front of a small-sensor camera.
I reckon you wouldn’t see any evidence of the scratch on any camera, I’ve seen undoctored pics taken with much worse scratches than the one on that lens right across the middle and you’d never know ;-) It’s like a more extreme version of taking pics through wire fences.
