It’s a tad chilly

I’ve just ridden back from a scout planning meeting. Despite it only being 3.5 miles, and me wearing winter gloves and glove liners, my hands were bloody freezing and are still slightly numb, which isn’t doing my typing ability any good at all.

At least I’ve now reached a double-figure mileage for the year.

I’ve just been looking at the weekend forecast, I’m going to have to wrap up *very* warm on Sunday…

According to the local weather earlier, MikeD and Gary might have to content with snow on Sunday :)

    Was at Glentress today.

Freezing cold (as in “don’t stop for too long or yo’ll get fecking COLD”)
Slight snow snower most of the way round. Ground solid, grippy as hell.

    FANTASTIC. :-)

    Post that shock first. ;-)

I take it you two are planning some sort of ride then?

  7. Simon says:

I was planning to ride a bicycle Grant, hopefully in some snow :)

  8. matt says:

I will ride my bike til the creaking drives me mad then I will ride home, I do not want snow.

    16miles…. Samuri’s done over 200 already!

  10. grant says:

75 or so for me so far in ’06.

  11. Simon says:

About 67 miles for me. It’s too cold/muddy for long rides at this time of year. Samuri is insane.

Hopefully the evening rides will recommence this week which will up the mileage a bit.
