Tonights post-work road ride with Ian has been cancelled leaving an important question which must be answered.
Do I go out on the road bike anyway, go off-road for a change, or stay in and watch todays coverage of the Tour de France with a nice cold beer?
IN, too hot today, I’ve just touched my car and nearly burnt my hand.
I’m toying with digging the cross bike out and going for a spin on that. I’ve not ridden it since March.
Cross bike sounds like a good plan. I’ll probably head out for a road ride after Le Tour.

I’ve got a right beasting session of a ride tonight. Lot’s of lovely buff singletrack thrown in for good measure too. And one “well there was a track 2 years ago when I last did it” track.

You’re right Matt, the ferns have gone mental. Might have to attach a machete to the front of my bike.
