I had to call this morning, in order to discover that the reason I hadn’t had a confirmation, and there was no status report, was because they’d cancelled the order due to problems taking payment.
No sign of them trying to make contact about the problem or actually letting me know that they’d cancelled the order. And after being bounced around about a half dozen different people in trying to find an easy way to restart the process I may have got slightly stroppy. F***tards.
