Despite having ridden it for less than 10 miles, I’m already planning ways to "improve" the TriCross. I nearly bought a set of Paul brakes for it yesterday, and I’m now looking at buying a Thomson seatpost as well.

I need to buy some brakes, those look a little too fancy though.
They are very fancy.
I’ve just picked up a Suntour self-energising rear canti off ebay for a couple of quid to see if that’s any good or not. If it is I’ll get another one and mix-and match those with the Avid Shortys on the cross bike.
The new Shimano BR-550 ones are meant to be nice, and the Kore Sport Cantis look good but don’t seem to be available over here.
Ah I was looking at those Suntour brakes.
