Back on the 69er

For what seems like the first time in living memory, but was actually 9 months, I headed out on the 69er for a trip round the Uni. As expected the two-mile climb out of the valley was hard work, but my legs coped better than my lungs did.

12 miles later I’m back home ready for an ice cold beer. It feels good to be back on the bike again.

    9 months!!!!!

    I’ve been stuck in work all day :(
    3 days off now so will hopefully get a ride or 2 in :)

    Still fancy one of those things….

    Might create one out of random bits around the garage as a Trek jobber is currently slightly out of reach.

    Now you’ve just got to keep it up – which shouldn’t be hard as the world’s bathed in sunshine ;)
