It’s only for health reasons. If you’ve read Dr Stutteford in The Times, you would know that 2/3 glasses a day are good for your health. We don’t do this for enjoyment. It’s b….. hard work, but we force it down. Cyclists need their vitamins and anti-oxidents, not to mention the free-radicals.
