A very pleasant week was spent in and around Troutbeck in the Lakes with Nicky and Simon. Due to a badly timed cold I only rode the bike once, and that wiped me out for a couple of days. I did manage a slow stroll up Wansfell Pike one day though. Much beer and wine was quaffed, good food was eaten, and somehow we managed to survive the week without killing each other.
